Keep calm and use this breathing exercise.

It’s amazing how quickly things are changing these days. I don’t know about you, but I have to remember to take a couple of minutes to relax and get centered.

Breathing techniques are a great way to calm our anxious feelings. I thought it might be a good time to re-share this video–Ignite coach Neela Muñoz leads a simple and effective breathing exercise.
